Your chance entry in the MBBS class considering a score of 411 in NEET with an AIR of 357612 looks pretty bleak. Considering a cut-off of above 450 scores for most government colleges and a few private colleges which demand around 300 scores, your rank does not leave much hope. Besides, there is a good likelihood that you might get qualified in one or two of the deemed universities with even lower cut-offs, maybe only in management quota. Admission to government colleges is highly competitive, and you may well be advised to look elsewhere if you really want to do MBBS.

Securing a seat at Bangalore Medical College & Research Institute (BMCRI) with a NEET score of 610-630 depends on your category and the competition in that year. Historically, for general category students, BMCRI's cut-off scores range around 610-630 for state quota seats and higher for all-India quota seats. If you belong to a reserved category, the cut-off is generally lower. Always check the previous year's cut-offs for a more accurate idea. Your score provides a strong chance, especially under the state quota.

Hello greetings!

It's difficult to say whether you can get admission to a semi-government college with your NEET score and rank without more information. However, here are some things to consider:

The cutoffs for OBC candidates in top-tier semi-government colleges typically range from 250 to 4000.

Merit lists
Admitting authorities create merit lists based on All India Rank (AIR) for MBBS/BDS seats. State Counselling Authorities create their own merit lists based on the category and domicile of the candidates.
Cutoff trends
