No, you probably won't be able to get an MBBS seat with a score of 212 in NEET 2024 if you're in the OBC category. But with a lower score can participate in multiple rounds of counseling to get their desired seat. They can also participate in state-level and national-level counseling to increase their chances of admission.

Although you have scored 124090 in NEET and you are from SC category, you might be admitted in government colleges. From the previous year's cutoffs you can get an idea that even for admission to college like Government Medical College, Chandigarh which takes SC category students with a rank of 123131 or Government Medical College, Amritsar with SC category rank 128561 . Other options could be ESIC Medical College, Faridabad which charges INR 2,400 as tuition fee per annum Medical- Vardhman Mahavir Medical College, New Delhi. What is however important to understand is that cutoff ranks may not be similar for two consecutive years.

It's difficult to say if you can get admission to a government college in West Bengal with an EWS category rank of 15,872 in NEET UG 2024 without more information about the cut-offs. However, here's some information about the NEET 2024 cut-offs and the counseling process: 
The expected cut-off for the EWS category in West Bengal is 50th percentile, or a score of 720–164. 
The cut-off for the general category is expected to be 715–117, while the cut-off for the reserved category is expected to be 116–95.

If you have scored 520 marks in NEET you can apply to government medical colleges although there maybe relatively lower cutoffs in a few states. Some possible colleges to consider are Government Medical College, Chandigarh (cutoff: Some of the other medical colleges are Government Medical College Amritsar, the cutoff rank lie between 500-520, the Government Medical College patiala the cutoff rank between 490-510. For you to have a NEET score of 227 and AIR 865613 there is very little chance that you can get an admission into government college for Bsc Nursing. For government colleges the NEET cutoff is much higher varying slightly from 300-500 for the general and up to 250-400 for the SC/ST/OBC. Percentage in your 12th standard is also acceptable here but do not consider it crucial for the admissions. There are merely 2500 to 3000 seats for Bsc Nursing offered by government college in India. If you scored 310 in NEET and 84% in twelfth PCB you will be able to get into a government college for B.Sc Nursing. All government colleges that offer BSc Nursing have different NEET cutoffs depending on the state, which range between 250 and 350.
