NIOS is established by Govt. of India and it is recognized all over India as equivalent to any state board. It is recognised for govt. jobs and higher education, you will have no problem and hence you are eligible to appear for MH-CET provided you fulfill the criteria set by MH-CET.

Some of the Pharma company do offer job for Arts students but major Pharma company prefer science student. So, you need to check company job openings and the requirement and apply accordingly.
