Criteria for the BNYS programme is 10+2 with Physics Chemistry and Biology with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised Board and you have to clear entrance examination also.

Yes, non-domiciles of Madhya Pradesh are also eligible for open seats of private medical colleges in Madhya Pradesh. You have to talk with admission cell about fees and they will decide that.

Not possible, in general, life Science or medical student has the option to choose another major in master's (cross-major). But others do not have this option, however, you try to choose MBA, M.Sc. , and Psychology courses as options. But one more option is there are some private universities and institutes that may support doing life Science in a master's, But the job opportunity is questionable in government and private industries! So, get advice from experts in cross-major degrees. If you wish to be an entrepreneur and do business there is no problem for cross major studies.
