The candidates who fall into the below situations, can participate in the round 2 choice filling of TS EAMCET counselling:
- Candidates who have secured seats but are not interested to join.
- Who have not secured seats so far but got their certificates verified.
- Who have not exercised the options so far but got their certificates verified.
- Who have secured a seat, self-reported and aspiring for a better option.
- And any other eligible candidates.

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) conducts the TS EAMCET counselling in online mode. The TS EAMCET counselling is being held in 3 rounds. To appear in the TS EAMCET counselling 2025, candidates have to fill in their choices in order of their preferences and courses offered in the participating institutes, pay the processing fee and book slots for selection of helpline centre, select the date & time to attend for Certificate verification.
