All Medical Colleges across the world follow certain MCI guidelines when it comes to admissions. And every student who needs to avail the PWD quota has to get himself/herself assessed at the Disability Assessment Centres. This Certificate received from the centre is mandatory to be eligible for PWD quota. If this student goes for a checkup and the Certificate comes as not qualified under Disabilities ACT

If there is a spelling mistake in your surname in your Aadhaar card, you should get it corrected as soon as possible to avoid any issues during the NEET application process or at the time of admission. However, if the correction process is going to take 15-20 days, you can still apply for NEET using your Aadhaar card as it is. During the NEET application process, you will be required to enter your personal details including your name, date of birth, gender, and Aadhaar number. While filling in your personal details, make sure that you enter your name exactly as it appears on your Aadhaar card, even if there is a spelling mistake.
