This would be unwise decision on your part. Out of my personal experience I would say that you should attempt maximum questions from Biology and Chemistry part however attempt at least 40% questions of Physics. You won't get good marks if you skip Physics. However, you would be eligible.

Latest cutoff of punjab University for BDS is based on neet score ie
For government college -
General - 440-480 Rank( 34200-35200)
OBC. -445-470 Rank (38750-40000)
SC-. 285-315 Rank(180200-182200)
These would vary by +/- 5 marks on the basis of college selection
For private institutions it varies lot from 300-500
So better visit a site of particular private college and get in contact with their admission incharge.
