Yes, you can get general seat. But you'll definitely get better college options under army quota as there is lot of vacant seat available. Even at the worst cases you'll get college allotted under army quota so you don't have to worry about it. If you don't get college allotted then wait for the counselling round there you will get admission under general category as no quota works in this round.

No you are not eligible for AIIMS first clear your 12th board pass in all subject separately like in Physics Chemistry Biology. Then you are eligible for AIIMS.

After 10 go with Science subjects which is bio, Chemistry Physics and with your 12th board prepare yourself for NEET exam for MBBS Degree or if you don't want to get MBBS Degree. B pharmacy is better option.
