You have secured great rank. There is no specific cut off for the courses BHMS/BAMS. The seat allocation differs from college to college. But the general process is-
Students have to apply for the required colleges and in the councelling rounds according to Merit seats are allocated. Hence colleges don't validate their specific cut off. You can check the website of colleges required while applying to know any further information. But if you have a NEET score then there are chances to predict using NEET rank before hand. Also there are Diploma courses after 12th. From TISS, After 10+2, one option could be to study BBA general management ) and then pursue MBA from top b school for hospital administration like TISS, IIHMR, Symbosis, Devi Ahaliya.
