You can apply for government, private, management, and deemed for your domicile. For other states u can apply for management only. But once u joined, u can't participate further.

In AIQ, you can apply for all states government colleges. In other states private medical colleges you have to apply for that particular state counselling. You can apply as unreserved category. But not for government colleges.
