If you had biology then yes, you can prepare for NEET but that would be tough for you to manage both CSE and preparation simultaneously.

No, NEET is for the medical courses whereas to get to management you need to appear for exams such as CAT XAT NMAT TISS, IIFT etc.

That would be difficult to get your credit transferred from there to here. You would have to check individually with each college for information on that.

You should make certificate of it and apply under pwd quota as your right ear is not working properly. If you apply under general or other quota, you might get rejected during medical as they conduct ENT test. So, better to apply under pwd.
