Yes, a 12th pass student is eligible for paramedical courses. Some of the courses are for 12th pass any stream students and some are for only Science students only. Yes, you can do B.Com after class 12th science. This is the main advantage of having science. But, this year's admission have been completed, so you have to try next year.

Eligibility for Bachelor's degree in Hospital Management /Administration BHA is 10+2 with Biology attaining minimum 50% marks. One can do Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma courses and MBA in Hospital Administration, after graduation in any subject. Maharashtra is required for doing M.Phil in Hospital administration. Good luck.

As per the UGC norms, no institute can offer programs on distance mode if at least 40% of its content are practicals. In BHMS, mostly all papers contain practicals. So, you will not be able to enroll in BHMS distance education programme.
