There are two types of private colleges in Karnataka. The ones that come under their own university and the ones that come under Rajeev Gandhi University of health sciences. If you want to get in to Deemed colleges then MCC. NIC. IN is the website for you. A very few amount of seats are given under the government quota via the state counselling Kea (not able to give you the link. Do google it) If you would want to join Private colleges coming under the RGUHS, then you should get the admission directly via KEA.

All students have to submit medical report as per format given in JoSAA brochure.

You should be able to download their brochures which contain all the details like important application dates, eligibility criteria for students, etc.

No you can't get admission on the basis of UPTU ranking because the Integral University is linked with UPTU.
It conduct it's own admission procedure including its own entrance test i.e. IUET.
