Though NCERT books of Class 11th and class 12th are considered as the bible for AIIMS MBBS 2019 preparations. However, previous year topper and subject experts usually advise to use other books of AIIMS than NCERT. The medical candidates often have doubts whether preparation through NCERT books are enough for AIIMS MBBS exam.

First of all, could you please clear what did you mean by M.Sc. (medical) courses for "free"?
Basically, every course has certain charges and there is no such free of charge course that I can suggest you as of now. Also, specify your preferred college (s) with location.

There are various stages through which you have to go before your final admission. There would be a written exam based on general knowledge, logical reasoning, current affairs and English. Written exam will be followed by a group interview and a personal interview. The course you are opting for is one of the popular courses in the University providing wider career scope and placement opportunities. You will be guided by professional experts throughout your course.

After 10th, you can do only Diploma courses and cannot get good degree courses. Why do you want to go after 10th, it is better to do 12th then go for medical field as it will be good for a long lasting career.
After 10th Diploma courses:
