As per the guidelines, you cannot continue two courses at a same time, unless other is a distance course. If both are regular courses, then it is not legal.

You need to apply online/offline to the college. Admission is through counselling based on the merit list prepared considering marks obtained in the entrance exam conducted by ICAR AIEEA/ State government.

Congratulations for completing D. Pharmacy. Yes, you can apply for Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy abroad Universities in UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia and other countries. For that, you must have appeared for IELTS/GRE examinations. Most of the countries accepts IELTS examination score for admissions. But it will be much better if you complete B. Pharmacy in India and plan your study for M.Pharma or Pharma. D abroad that will have brighter future and resources and money spent will be justified.
