It's always your choice on the basis of interest and hard work. But in India, MBBS is considered much superior than fashion designing. You should go for fashion designing over MBBS only and only if it's your passion. I would recommend you to work for MBBS.

Obviously, its to pursue MBBS from a government Indian college rather pursuing it from abroad. It will cost you very nominal and you can learn a lot.
