Yes, MS in India is the best, as you had already gone through your BDS course here, for abroad consideration you need to know, that there's no MS abroad, there's it's Known as MS or any other fellowship.

You should be with an option, be it Diploma, further PG degree in your expertise or other sectors, or you could join any hospital / could have your own private chamber, or you could apply for UPSC exams, to be in top posts.

After a Pharma. D you can work as a clinical pharmacist, preferably at a hospital. Or, you can go into clinical research, pharmacovigilance, hosptial administration, regulatory affairs, etc. All the best.
