Opt for the course that you love the most and are most passionate about and analyze the future work conditions, scope and growth prospects before taking admission
You can also opt for psychometric test comprising of Aptitude, personality and career interest to clear confusion
Medical and engineering are two very different field, please select very carefully.

Yes, it is beneficial if you get a medical college or AIIMS as when you get into the best college, you get out as a cream student. Just as when you are given healthy nutrition, you develop well but if you go into private colleges which has too much of fees but no facilities (college in Pune and Delhi) which demand for 25 to 75 Lacs of rupees for a single seat in a private medical college, it becomes a wastage of money. So, get through the exam as you take a drop.

Hi Divesh,
Yes, you can apply for the course. Aspirants must have passed (10+2) or High School Senior Secondary exam by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any equivalent exam conducted by any State Board or Equivalent with minimum 45% of an aggregate to apply for the course.

The Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) is an Institute under State Legislature Act in Hyderabad. It has campuses in Punjagutta and Bibinagar. NIMS is recognized by University Grants Commission and Medical Council of India.
