Both the courses are good. If you want to be Doctor, I suggest you to go for BAMS. As you have not specified any particular field of Engineering, It is difficult to answer.

If you are from Maths stream, then you can go for Computer Science engineering. It would be better, if you attempt GRE for studying in foreign, which will help you to get scholarship, if you score well in that exam. You can search top universities for engineering. You should also try for Germany, because their tuition fees are negligible as compared to other countries. And also, you can work for your daily expenses.
