B. Pharmacy course is a four year programme. This is affiliated to Osmania University. It is recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The College has obtained for the recognition of Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi. The B. Pharmacy course is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation AICTE, New Delhi. In GRCP, Choice Based Credit System with grading system has been adopted for B. Pharmacy with effect from the academic year 2016-17. This system facilitates student mobility across institutions, within and across countries and also enable potential employers to assess the performance of students. The grading system is considered to be better than the conventional marks system and hence it has been followed in the top institutions in India and abroad. The CBCS provides choice for students to select from the prescribed courses (core, elective or minor or soft skill courses).
Admission for first year:
a) A pass at the Intermediate Examination of Andhra Pradesh State Intermediate Board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology or equivalent.
b) Qualifying at the Entrance Examination (EAMCET) conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education, Hyderabad. Second year (Lateral Admission)
a) A pass at D. Pharmacy course (ER-91) with I class.
b) Qualifying at the Entrance Examination (E-CET) conducted by Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education, Hyderabad.
