Yes, you can get admission in M.Pharm abroad but you must have valid score of GRE and TOEFL. GRE stands for Graduate Record Examination. There are no specific eligibility criteria for GRE Test. This examination is open for all candidates who are willing to pursue higher degrees abroad. TOEFL stands for Test Of English as Foreign Language. This exam is used to test the ability of a candidate in Reading, Listening, Writing, Speaking sections of English.

In one word, "Medical has the highest scope among all". But, the preparation is very rigorous also. In order to get into a good government medical college, you have to indeed study a lot. So, make sure that you wholeheartedly want to pursue a career in medicine. Otherwise, it all be a waste. Being a science student, you can go into any field like Arts, Commerce, Engineering and Medical. So, first make up your mind properly what you want to pursue. "Know yourself first".
