Hi Adish,
If you have a strong profile and manage your finances you should at least try applying to a good university abroad. If you manage to get into IIT, NIT or BITS then you stick to India. You have to compare, go abroad if it's a reputed university.

Physiotherapy is a paramedical course like nursing, and you have to do registration in the physiotherapy council to enable you to work as a physiotherapist. One of the condition is you need IELTS 7 band in all four component. Apart from this, you might have to undergo a competency exam and to qualify to write this exam you have to work under a physiotherapist for so much hours as per your qualification and experience. Once you have done this registration you can work.

Management Quota:
You just need pass marks in 12th board and NEET qualification marks to get a direct seat through Management quota in India. Colleges like KIMS, Bhubaneswar. Katuri Medical College, Guntur, Annai Medical College, Kanchipuram can offer seats at low rates, however, all the medical colleges provide the same syllabus as given by MCI ( The Medical Council Of India). However, there is a risk involved and it is best if you avoid securing a seat via the management quota. Last year more than 500 such admissions were cancelled by the Medical Council of India. The choice is yours.
Good luck.
