Why do you want a course with only 2 years? Take time and do it for 4 years and get a good degree, but still if you want to have a 2 year course do D.Pharma or DPT, they are 2 year programme. And then, you will be eligible for working with pharma companies or with physiotherapist (DPT).

Yes, all biology, physics & chemistry portion of 11th & 12th CBSE board. You can expect many knowledge-based MCQ questions as well.

Other than medicinal courses, there you can plan for B.Sc and do research-oriented jobs. They are also very prestigious! Few eg. are working as a lab technician, forensic science, environmental studies, biotechnology, etc.

It's like comparing Apple and Orange. Both have their own difficulty level and fruits. It's actually you who going to decide. Because everyone will give their own perception for this query. But depending upon your capabilities, future goals, market demand, and most importantly "Interest", you decide yourself that which one is harder or not!
