Actually, the question is good, but both are important. Now, I am doing BAMS, so I can tell you the opportunities you can get. You can practice medicine after completing BAMS and use prefix Dr. You can also get admission in institutes like BHU to pursue PG. You can get good opportunities abroad too.

Dear Sahibpreet,
If by health science, you mean a course where you have to deal with patients then this score is insufficient, the minimum for such courses is an overall of 7 with no band less than 6.5, infact, some of the universities have a higher standard of overall 7.5 with no band less than 7. In fact, your score does not make you eligible for other courses where you do not interact with patients also as the minimum is overall 6.5 with no band less than 6. Hence please retake your IELTS or better still take PTE as the results come faster. All the best.

Hello Prasad!
All of three courses are have their own scope in future and these are well to settle better position in society. So you should know the subjects in which you have more interest and passion to work hard.
If you are interested in maths, phy., chem., experiments, computer languages, electornics, then go for engineering.
If you have interests in subjects like biology, passion on nature things, zoology, vice versa then go for medical side.
If you want to be a civil servant by completing any Bachelor's degree, you can attempt UPSC exams.

Hi Harshita, besides the TOEFL score which is very low as per requirements of majority of the universities you must also meet the academic requirements, you can be eligible to apply for a Masters if you have around 70% or more depending on the university. you have to mention your scores for better guidance.
