AIIMS entrances have their Syllabus mentioned in their respective entrance exam websites which are almost same every year. It consists of NCERT topics plus few more which is available on site for MBBS entrance.

Eg: Ishaan Uday, Oil Scholarship, Scholarship for Higher education by DST, etc.

You can go but 3 years of B.Com then 4-years of B.Sc optometry which makes it a total of 7 years. So my suggestion is that if you are from a well-settled family, you can go for B.Sc in optometry. If not, do Diploma or better find placement from B.Com itself. Think well. Get your family members' suggestions. Optometrists are required in India.
