You need to appear for NEET and for AIIMS & JIPMER. You need to appear their entrances separately. Moreover, fees are really variable in different institutions so check college website or Directorate of medical education website.

Any college or university providing MBBS curriculum must be MCI approved. So You may check it on MCI website of its approval status. For I suggest you to check yourself for your best satisfaction.

No. USA has its own entrance exams too. Moreover, you need to show your proficiency in English by TOEFL or so other ones. & then for VISA and all you need to show that you are financially sound enough via fellowship, scholarship or so to pay fees.

Both are highly appreciated colleges of India having National importance but in AFMC after passing you are an Army Officer too, doing national service so if you get there after NEET, Interview and physical tests then I suggest you to go for AFMC. Best of luck!
