For getting a dental course you should have a score of 130 in EAMCET which will help you in getting a good college. You can join this course in a private university through management quota or through some entrance exams like EAMCET.

In MBBS you will be having 4 professional exams and subjects are divided accordingly.
1st Prof: Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry
2nd: Pharmacology, FMT, Pathology, Microbiology
3rd: ENT, Opthalmology, PSM
4th: Medicine, Surgery, Paediatric, Gynaecology

In terms of BAMS, you qualify as an Ayurvedic doctor. Of course pursuing an MD or MS in Ayurveda is there already. But you cannot pursue any other specialization that a MBBS student can opt for. An MBBS student can practice as a general physician, someone dealing with minor ailments like cough, cold, bruises etc. So you can go for MBBS.
