For getting better a score in NEET say 450+, you need to be very thorough with the NCERTs of Standard 11th and 12th. Also you need to improve your MCQ solving skill and solve as many as MCQs as you can. This will surely boost your confidence.

For admission into BDS in government medical college through State Quota counselling your score should be more than 450 for general category. Below this score your chances are average.

Its good to see that you are interested in both medical and law field. But these two fields are entirely different. Difficult to pursue both simultaneously. However Forensic Medicine is a subject which deals with both.
