Dermatology is a specialisation which you can get only after MBBS.
You cannot get it after any alternate medicine degree.
But extensive remedies are available in Homeopathy for skin issues.

The fee structure for MBBS varies greatly. For Government colleges, it's around 30,000, but for private colleges, it varies from 4 lakh rupees to 15 lakh rupees.
