Hi Vipin,
There is no direct MBBS in USA. You must apply for a Bachelor's degree first, complete your Bachelor's degree and take your MCAT to be eligible to study medicine. To study a Bachelor's degree in US you must take the SAT and TOEFL. The Bachelor's degree lasts for four years in US.

Get a BS in engineering. As long as the school's engineering degree is ABET accredited, it doesn't matter at all which school you choose. There is no advantage picking an Ivy League over a state school - save your money. In fact, your best bet is probably Texas A&M.
Don't waste your time with an MS in engineering. It is a fairly useless degree. They'd give you credit for a year of experience and a couple grand extra. Let the company that hires you to pay for your grad school.

No, you can't. For admission into MBBS or BDS courses anywhere in India, you have to appear NEET. There's no other gateway for admission into these courses. So, for admission into MBBS in BHU, you have to appear NEET.
