Admission to MBBS course will be based on your performance at All India entrance exam NEET 2017.
As per MCI rules, you are eligible to apply for MBBS course abroad, you have scored 50% in PCB aggregate in 12th board exams. 45% is eligibility for caste certificate holders.
You can pursue MBBS in Russia, Ukraine or Philippines based on your 12th marks. There is no requirement of entrance exam.

Yes, you can apply to the colleges, popular colleges include Humber, Fanshawe, Fleming, Durham, etc. You must also take the IELTS or TOEFL. Suggest you to apply under SPP program. Read this:
