You are eligible to apply from NIOS. Different colleges have different cut-offs and requirements, not announced yet. You can keep checking the DU website for the merit list and apply accordingly. Contact the colleges also for acceptance of NIOS.

I cannot figure out any drawback as such. The advantage is MBBS in Bangladesh follows almost same books we use to study MBBS in India. Most of the Indian students would find it beneficial in terms of standard of education, cost of education and other related factors.

There is only one college in India in which you can apply for the M.Sc in Clinical Microbiology. The duration of this course is 3 years and the candidates can apply for this course after the completion of their graduation.
The college in which you can apply for the M.Sc in Clinical Microbiology is mentioned below:
Kasturba Medical College (KMC), Karnataka.
This is the only college which provides the M.Sc in Clinical Microbiology.
There is an entrance test conducted for the selection of candidates for this course.

To become a doctor, one should have biology as a subject in class 11th and 12th and there is no need to opt maths as a subject as you have to choose two subjects out of three which includes maths, biology, Hindi or any other optional subject.
After completing your class 12th, you can do MBBS to become a doctor. There are many entrance exams like AIIMS, AIPMT, UP PMT, etc.
