Since both are important medical fields . But, Allopathy is better among these two in every terms. Allopathy is more used than Ayurvedics.

For admission into MBBS in government medical college, your score shouldn't be less than 450 for general category. Below this score, you may not get any government colleges.

You have to appear All India Common Entrance Examination or NEET to get admission into MBBS. After that, you can go for a post graduation in surgery.

You have to appear the All India Common Entrance Examination or NEET to get admission into MBBS or BDS in India. There's no other gateway for admission.
