Hi,
It is better to appear for NEET and have some rank as that's the minimum eligibility criteria for most of the medical colleges. There are management quota seats which are offered only if you have appeared in the NEET or any other state entrances of the state you are applying to.

A radiologist is a Diploma course and B.Sc in radiologist is a degree. Both are good, it's up-to you what want to do. For admission, you need to complete your class 12th with PCB.
