Then you have to try for various medical entrance examinations like AIPMT, AIIMS, JIPMER, various State PMTs, etc. and achieve a good rank (it is easier said than done, although the level of examination is not that tough overall, but the number of seats is quite less which is why the selection rate is very low, even lower than IITs).
And then finally, complete your MBBS from a reputed medical college.
Congrats! You are a doctor!
But most students after MBBS try to specialise in a specific field (I.e. MD/MS). For that,

Any professional course is not easy! BDS is no exception to it. It is better to join the course with a clear cut idea about what your career prospects are once you finish the course.
BDS offers multiple career options, and it is better to know them right now, and work towards it, rather than wait till the end, when you may suddenly feel you just don't want to work as a traditional dentist!

The salary may vary due to the nature of the sector they're working in I.e. government or private. The government hospitals normally pay less. The average starting salary for an MBBS doctor is Rs. 25,000 in government sector per month while it can range from 30-40 thousand per month in the private sector.

There is no direct MBBS program in Canada and you cannot study MBBS directly after 10+2. You have to apply for a Bachelor degree there, pass the degree and clear the Medical College Admissions Test (MCAT) before you can enroll into a medical school. Admissions are extremely for medical school and so are getting scholarships which are completely on merit basis. Most universities do not accept international students too. Medical studies may cost around CDN 25,000 to CDN 75,000.
