Yes, you can. Sharda University is a private university and it does not matter whether you have completed your 12th from NIOS or CBSE or any other board too.

The subject wise cutoff of the NEET 2017 will be available after the declaration of result only. For now, the minimum qualifying marks in the different category for NEET is available. Below is the minimum marks required for the various categories in NEET.
General - 50th percentile
SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile
Physically handicapped - 45th percentile
