Best college that you can get through NEET is Maulana Azad Medical College. You need above 650 marks for the same.

You can appear for NEET up to 21 years (general category) of age with 4-5 chances.

Hi,
As per the eligibility:
A candidate must have either passed or appearing in the 12th or any equivalent examination from a recognized board of education with physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology as subjects of study. The candidates must also have scored a minimum of 50% marks in 12th and for reserved category students the minimum 45%.
NIOS board students are eligible to appear for NEET exam.

You need to prepare well to crack NEET exam. You will be offered colleges according to your marks in NEET. MBBS is a year duration course. After completing MBBS degree, you have to do internship, in which you will be offered any hospital to practice your Doctorate and you will be paid for this internship.
If you want to become a specialist, then you have to choose any field like medicine, cardiology, etc. and you have to pursue 3 years PG.
