BAMS is good career option but right the scope is very less in this field. Many people are shifting to Ayurveda Medicines because of side effects of Allopathic Medicines but since results are sow for Ayurvedic medicines therefore people refer to allopathy only. Ayurveda has also scope but very less but it may go high in future.

Yes, you can pursue forensic science after B.Sc medical. Forensic science is also a specialised field of medicine and surgery only. You can go for this and this field has good career also.
