Hi Shivani,
If you want to practice in India, then you need to pass the MCI screening test. In fact, in any country, you need to pass the related exams without which you cannot practice. Having a degree from a very reputed university with excellent academic grades will give you a good chance, however, it all depends on your score in the screening test.
