Hi,
You should follow NCERT for biology, it will be more than sufficient for this subject. Solve MCQs in physics and chemistry and follow NCERT for organic chemistry.
Hence, you don't need to join any coaching for these portions if you know the basics of biology and organic chemistry.
You can join any good coaching institute to clear your doubts and get help in solving maximum MCQs.

Generally, the counselling fees are refundable prior to starting of classes. However, course fees / tuition fees are nonrefundable, though certain institutions have different refund policy.

You won't be allowed for PG in dermatology without completing your MBBS degree. It's a post graduation course for medical students & not for engineering students.

You are eligible only after passing your 12th. 12th pursuing students are eligible only with their 12th results. After passing 12th and completion of 17 years of age you are eligible for MBBS.
