Diploma Course: It is a two year's duration course. You can pursue this course after completing your 10+2 with physics, chemistry, biology & English.
Certificate Courses: This course is of 1 year duration.
Bachelors Degree Courses:
Optometry (B.Opto)
Bachelor of Science (B.Sc)
The duration of these courses is 4 years. The student mush have successfully completed his HSC/10+2 or equivalent examination with physics, chemistry, biology or mathematics & should be pass in English.

There is not much difference in both. MH-CET is an annual entrance exam conducted by the govt of Maharashtra for admission to Health Sciences degree courses (MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS, Nursing courses) in government university. MHT-CET is an annual exam conducted by Government of Maharashtra. It is conducted by directorate of technical education.
