US has several great universities for studying medicine. Harvard,Stanford and Yale are among the best in the world. England also offers some of the best medical programs at Imperial College of London,University of Cambridge and Oxford University.
Studying medicine overseas can provide students with an invaluable experience and a quality education.

No chance but you can pursue MSc in Medical Anatomy, Physiology etc. possibly after BSc with one bio subject.

Also, there is a Physician Assistant course available in South India which you may consider.

Hello Harsh,
Choosing your nearby government colleges can be your choice.Keeping in mind that this profession needs a lot clinical practice,choose your college wisely providing enough practice and mainly IAP approved colleges only.
Ahmedabad and Vadodara Government colleges are first choice of some or else there are some well known private and trust authorized colleges in Ahmedabad
Ahmedabad institute of medical Science is one of good college for physiotherapy students.

Both colleges are good for B.P.TH course. Being a student of MGM myself, I know the college well and it has a good academic record. Consider the fee structure and plan out accordingly. All the best.
