It depends on where you want to study. Every country and university has different requirements. To pursue Bachelors degree you must definitely complete class 12th and with good grades. You must also take TOEFL or IELTS. Additional requirements will vary with universities.

MBBS abroad requires 8 to 9 years to be job ready and though universities abroad do not have age bar on education, it would not be easy for you to get admission. Since you haven't mentioned your education and work experience, I would suggest you to write to the universities directly with all your credentials.
