Medical examination is conducted by authorised Medical Officers of Defence Forces as per medical standard prescribed in current regulations applicable to Enrolled Personnel on entry. The criteria for medical standard is given below.

Height: Minimum height 157 cms. Height standards may be reduced by up to 05 cms below 157 cms for candidates having domicile of Assam, Nagaland, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Garhwal, Sikkim and local tribes of Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Here are the details about fee structure for BOPTM at Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Para Medical Sciences:

1)1st semester fee

Security fee: Rs 10k

Tution fee: Rs. 45K

Other fees: Rs 7K

2) Other semester fee
