To get your original DNB pediatric pass certificate from 2020, you do not need to apply separately. The National of Examination (NBE) usually sends a provisional pass certificate and marksheet by mail to your registered address within a few weeks or months of the result is declared. If you have not obtained it, you can contact NBE directly to help through their website or candidate care aid.

No admission cannot be done without giving exam. Admission to MD Pediatrics in India is primarily done through NEET PG exam which is mandatory for most medical colleges, including government and private institutions.
