Every institute has it's own course specific fee structure. In order to know the exact fee it would be always advisable to browse through the official website of the institute where you wish to apply.
Always remember, you should pursue a stream/course based on two things :
-your career goal
-the type of job you want to do

In 250 marks in OBC Category, you may not get MBBS seat in Government college. Insted you can re appear in NEET 2. It may avail you a seat in Government college. So try for government seat first.
