Considering you are asking for engineering courses after medical background (PCB) in 12th.
There are courses like
B.Tech Biotechnology
B.Tech Food technology
B.Tech Nanotechnology
B.tech Biochemical engineering
B.tech Bioinformatics etc.
There are some very good universities across India which provide such courses you may want to apply at Lovely Professional University, SRM, VIT, KIIT etc.
All the above courses have a very bright scope in India and Abroad for good student.

NEET covers more institutions than AIPMT. You neednot have to appear separate exams for all private medical colleges.
