Hello
According to me, i will suggest to take a coaching for foundation course after 10th class for AIPMT , AIIMS, and other top medical university. Because Coaching is helpful to clear basic concept of PCM and discuss more problems in class. AIPMT syllabus is few lengthy and it takes some time to cover .

Hi Avyesh, admission requirements vary. Typically you must first complete your bachelor degree before pursuing medical studies. There is no direct medical studies unlike in India. To study in USA take the SAT after your 12th boards, pursue your bachelor degree and proceed accordingly. Visit university websites for international stu admission requirements. Similarly you can check university websites in Canada and Australia.
