I may refer you University of Engineering & Management (UEM) under IEM group. Students passing out of UEM have all got 1-2 job offers in top companies.
Students passing out from IEM and UEM from both these branches are working all over the world in top positions. They are working in Google, Microsoft, Oracle, Honeywell, IBM research, INTEL and all top multinational companies.
Govt of India, MHRD, NIRF has ranked IEM group as 3rd in Bengal after IIT Kharagpur and NIT Durgapur. The top 4 of Bengal within 100 in order are:-

2) NIT Durgapur

every problem has its solution. u will maintain ur thyroid by daily exercise atleast 1.30 hours and eat healthy food. take ur medicine on time.this process maintain ur thyroid and after some years ur thyroid will decreases and then it will be 0.

HelloI suggest for biomedical engineering that related to both technical and medical field.
Biomedical Engineering in India has got varied scopes if you are comparing it with Mechanical Engineering in terms of Job opportunities in India.
- After doing Biomedical Engineering, you can be employed in some MNC's as Sales, Service and Application Specialists.
- You can work as a Research Engineer as well in some OEM Manufacturing Companies
- You can work as a Biomedical Engineer in the Hospitals
- You can pursue Masters from any of the IIT's, IIT Bombay, Madras, Hyderabad and Kharagpur. Thus escalating your Salary figures.
