Hello Chandrasekhar,
UKCAT is the examination you must take to study medicine or MBBS in UK. There must be certain TIER 3 colleges of course however I am not sure if you will be granted a study visa in that case. Medicine studies are highly valued ,therefore applicants can enter into a medical school only after passing UKCAT.

The cut-offs vary year after year and hence , I would request you to attempt the paper to the best of your capability. The mantra to success is dedication, commitment and determination. Guidelines for medical entrance preparation are :
-To ace the exam, you require the right approach along with the right study materials and strategy.

Go for other state level exam.
Many private colleges also take their own exam like Manipal ,SIT pune so u should fill up those forms.
