no doubt you being a doctor will earn good,the prerequisite is sound knowledge and skillful hands,but incase you are looking for a change you can opt for any of the following:
1.clinical research
2.MBA
3.civil services (you won't be seeing patients anymore :p )
4.biomedical engineering
5.you can also be a medicolegal advisor

placements in medicines or paramedical depends more on your personal attributes, expertise and skills. Both have their own benefits but with the indian perspective, you can go for BDS as you can start independent practice and fo well.
Physiotherapy is still taking off and will take little more time in getting the due recognition.

I would personally recommend for physiotherapy.
Not only in India but abroad there is a good demand of physiotherapist.
More over you can own your clinic, now a days spas are famous. So if you will blend Kerala massage therapy with physiotherapy you can earn well.
