There is no difference in syllabus of AIPMT and NEET. But in terms of college coverage, NEET covers more number of seat than AIPMT.

Its good to know that you are interested in this field. To start your career, you need to pass 10+2 from science stream along with biology. The entrance test for bachelors is conducted by All India Common Entrance Examination. After doing Bachelors in animal husbandry BVsc and AH one can go for masters. The entrance exam for masters is conducted by Indian Council for Agricultural Research The bachelors course is of 5 years in which the first four and half years are meant for theoretical studies and the last six months are meant for internship.
